One-Day College Picnic
· 07:00 AM: Departure from college
· 10:00 AM: Arrival at picnic destination
· 10:15 AM – 12:30 PM: Adventure games, trekking, or team-building activities

· 01:30 PM – 03:30 PM: Water sports, sightseeing, or workshops
· 03:30 PM – 04:00 PM: Snack and refreshment break
· 04:00 PM – 05:30 PM: Cultural performances, photography, and group competitions
· 06:00 PM: Departure for college
· 08:30 PM: Arrival and drop-off
Two-Day College Picnic (Optional)
· Day 1: Adventure activities,campfire, and night stay in tents/resort

A1: Minimum 20 students required; larger groups get better discounts.
Q2: Can the itinerary be customized?
A2: Yes, based on interests, adventure activities, and budget.
Q3: Are teachers or chaperones allowed?
A3: Yes, 1 teacher/chaperone per 15 students is free of charge. Additionalchaperones will be charged.
Q4: What safety measures are in place for adventureactivities?
A4: Certified instructors, life jackets, helmets, first-aid, and emergencyprotocols are included.
Q5:What if there is bad weather?
A5: Indoor alternatives, rescheduling, or partial refunds are offered dependingon circumstances.
Terms & Conditions
1. Full payment must be made atleast 10–15 days prior to the picnic.
2. Cancellation policy:
- 3–6 days before: 50% refund
- 7+ days before: 80% refund
- Less than 3 days: No refund
3. Students must follow theinstructions of guides and supervisors at all times.
4. Organizers are not responsiblefor loss of personal belongings.
5. Any pre-existing medicalconditions must be informed in advance.
6. Itinerary may be modified dueto weather, safety, or unforeseen events.
7. Emergency contacts must beprovided by the college for all participants.
